Meditation is a way of calming the mind, looking inwards and observing ourselves. It also enables us to clear our minds and awaken to higher levels of consciousness.
There are many forms of meditation, such as transcendental, mindfulness, Zen, Vipassana and others. In the end, it’s up to us to choose the form that suits us best.
